We deliver to all countries that are part of the European Union.

In addition to the quoted prices, we charge a shipping exchange fee for delivery, which depends on the number of units ordered and the recipient country in terms of quantity ordered. The shipping costs will be clearly communicated to you in the shopping basket and on the order page. Digital content (e-books, software, etc.) does not incur shipping costs.

The Pikassio Association for Social Work in Munich takes care of the shipping process. In other words, some of the shipping and product costs benefit this facility.

Shipping costs within Germany are from 3.99 Euro up to 5.99 Euro. The shipping costs to other European countries and Switzerland are from 4.99 euros up to 9.99 euros.
The standard shipping cost includes statutory VAT. Since VAT is calculated on the exchange fee, depending on the goods purchased, it can be reduced if goods are purchased at lower VAT rates (e.g. when buying books). The products are shipped directly to you by mail, or by parcel in the case of larger units. We usually deliver by Deutsche Post or DHL.

If you order during the week, the delivery usually takes two to three business days. If it snows violently and there is a lot going on in the mountains, it can sometimes take a little longer. Tip: Paying with Paypal results in the quickest processing of your order.

Unless otherwise stated in the offer, the delivery time within Germany is a maximum of 10 working days. Delivery will therefore take place within 10 working days at the latest (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after the payment order has been awarded to the transmitting credit institution.
